If you believe you have lost your card or it has been stolen, use the following information to turn off the card and report it.

Debit Card
Immediately turn off your debit card using the Flagship Bank Mobile App. Then, contact  Flagship Bank at (727) 451-2020  Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  If you need assistance during non-banking hours, please call (844) 202-5333.
